You can get a quote or place an order in minutes by calling our Orders Department at (786) 318-0011 or by emailing orders@rugcraft.com

You can also place orders directly on our website following the steps below:

1) Sign up for your store account.

2) Choose your product type: Rectangular Custom Rugs, Round Custom Rugs, Broadloom, Carpet Rolls, or Samples.

3) Browse the photos, select your style, add it to your cart, and submit your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

P.S. For custom rugs, you’ll be prompted to select a border finish (Serged, Premium Binding, or Infinity Edge) and your preferred backing type. Please enter your rug dimensions at each step to ensure accurate pricing. Don’t worry if you make a mistake — we’ll review your order and contact you promptly after submission.
